Dmitry L. Orlov
Born in 1943.
Mr. Orlov graduated from the Credit faculty of the Moscow Institute of Finance in 1968.
From the formation of Bank Vozrozhdenie in 1991 until June 2012, Mr. Orlov was the Chairman of the Management Board and under his leadership Bank Vozrozhdenie reached influential positions in the financial market.
Currently Mr. Orlov is the Chairman of the Trustee Fund and the Supervisory Board of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, a member of the Association of Russian Banks, and a member of the Council of authorized banks representatives supervised by the Mayor of Moscow.
Till 1991, Mr.Orlov had been working with the State Bank of the USSR for over 20 years, and had also held a position of the Head of the Moscow Regional Department of Agroprombank of the USSR.
Mr. Orlov has been awarded different prizes, including the medal and the order of Ivan Kalita, the medal of the President of the Russian Federation “In Memory of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow”, the medal of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation “For Strengthening Military Cooperation”, the mark of distinction “For Contribution to the Moscow Region”, the marks of distinction of the Governor of the Moscow Region “In Gratitude” and “For Contribution”, the mark of distinction of the Moscow regional Duma “For Flawless Service to the Moscow region”, the honorary diploma of the Government of Moscow, the mark of distinction of the Government of the Voronezh region “Gratitude from the land of Voronezh”. Mr. Orlov was awarded with the title “Honored Economist of the Russian Federation” by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

Alexander. V. Dolgopolov
Chairman of the Management Board
Born in 1961
In 1985, Mr. Dolgopolov graduated from the Moscow G. V. Plekhanov Institute of National Economy. He holds a PhD in Economics.
He has been working with Bank Vozrozhdenie since 1994. Since 1996, Mr. Dolgopolov has been a member of the Management Board, and joined the Board of Directors in 1997.
Mr. Dolgopolov currently heads the Assets and Liabilities Management Committee and supervises the Retail Business and Corporate Departments of Bank Vozrozhdenie.
He is a member of the Public Advisory Council on coordination and interaction of the government of Moscow with credit institutions.
Mr. Dolgopolov has been awarded the marks of distinction of the Governor of the Moscow Region “In Gratitude” and “For Contribution and Dedication”.

Lyudmila A. Goncharova
Member of the Board of Directors
Born in 1958.
Mrs. Goncharova graduated from the Ternopol Institute of Finance and Economics in 1979.
She has been working with Bank Vozrozhdenie since its formation; she has been a member of the Management Board since 1992 and a member of the Board of Directors since 1996.
Mrs. Goncharova manages the Credit and Investment Committee of the Bank. She is also responsible for the activity of the Credit, Corporate Business, Assets Restructuring and Legal Departments of Bank Vozrozhdenie.
Currently, Mrs. Goncharova is also the Chair of the Board of Directors of V-REGISTR CJSC, the Chair of the Board of Directors of Vozrozhdenie Finance CJSC, the Chair of the Board of Directors of Yunost’ OJSC, the Chair of the Board of Directors of Baltiyskiy Kurort LLC and a member of the Management Board of the Chamber of Commerce of the Moscow Region.
Mrs. Goncharova has been awarded the medal of Ivan Kalita order, the mark of distinction “For the contribution to the Moscow Region”, the marks of distinction of the Governor of the Moscow Region “For service” and “In gratitude”. Besides, she has been awarded the honorary title “Honored economist of the Moscow Region”. Mrs. Goncharova was awarded the medal of the President of the Russian Federation “In memory of 850th anniversary of Moscow”, the gold medal of the Minister of Agriculture “For contribution to the development of the agricultural sector of Russia”.

Nikolay S. Zatsepin

Mr. Zatsepin graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in 1980.
Since 1997, Mr. Zatsepin has been CEO of Mozhaisk Retail Trade Company CJSC, he is also a General Director of SP-Dorohovo-NK LLC and a Director of Edelweiss LLC. Previously, he was a Deputy Director and then a Director of Mozhaisk Timber Trading Enterprise.

Oleg I. Lapushkin

Born in 1941.
Mr. Lapushkin graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance in 1963.
Since 1992, Mr. Lapushkin has been a General Manager of the Cyprus division of Vneshtorgbank of the Russian Federation; a General Manager of the Russian Commercial Bank (Cyprus) since 1994; and a Consultant to FBME BANK Ltd. (Cyprus) since September 2005.

Vladimir G. Malinin
Born in 1940.
Mr. Lapushkin graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance in 1963.
Since 1974, he held a variety of different positions in Vneshtorgbank, East-West United Bank; in February 1988, he was appointed a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Vnesheconombank of the USSR; and from December 1990 until April 1996, had been the Chairman of the Management Board of Donau Bank (Austria).

Sergey N. Malinin

Born in 1963.
Mr. Malinin graduated from the Moscow G. V. Plekhanov Institute of National Economy in 1985.
Mr. Malinin leads the Corporate Department and supervises the activity of the Risk Control Department. He has been working with Bank Vozrozhdenie since 1992.
He has been a member of the Management Board since 2008 and a member of the Board of Directors — since 2013.
Previously, he had been a chief economist of the Securities Division of the Securities and Investments Department and later he headed the Securities Division.
Mr. Malinin is awarded an honorary diploma of the Governor of the Moscow region.

Otar L. Margania
Born in 1959.
Mr. Margania graduated from the Leningrad State University in 1985.
He is the Dean of the Economics Department of the St. Petersburg State University. He holds a PhD in economic sciences and is an Associate Professor.
From 2003 until 2010, Mr. Margania had been a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of Bank Vozrozhdenie. From June 2010 until June 2012, he had been the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
By a decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Mr. Margania has been awarded the Order of Honour.

Nikita S. Mikhalkov

Born in 1945
Mr. Mikhalkov graduated from the Director Faculty of the All-Russia State Institute of Cinematography in 1971.
He is the Chairman of the Management Board of Studio TRITE of Nikita Mikhalkov (Ltd.).
Mr. Mikhalkov holds the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Union of Russian Cinematographers, and also heads the Russian Fund of Culture.
He is a film director, a scriptwriter, an actor, a producer and a public figure. Mr. Mikhalkov is a National Artist of the RSFSR and has received the State Award of Russia three times. He is a member of the Presidium of the Culture and Art Council under the President of the Russian Federation.
The movies filmed by Mr. Mikhalkov have received international recognition and a great number of awards, including an Oscar in 1994 for the film “Burnt by the Sun” and a special Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival for the film “12” in 2007.
Mr. Mikhalkov has been awarded such Orders as “Labor Red Banner”, “For Contribution to the Motherland” of IV, III and II degrees, and the Order of Sergey Radonezhsky of I degree, as well as a multitude of other domestic and foreign awards and marks of distinction, including the Order of the Legion d’Honneur (France), the rank of the Knight Grand Cross and the Vittorio De Sica prize (Italy).
Mr. Mikhalkov was awarded the highest Russian public honor “For Labour and the Homeland” of Alexander Nevsky.

Vladimir G. Panskov
Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2008
Born in 1944.
Mr. Panskov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance with a degree in Finance and Credit in 1965. In 1971, he completed post-graduate studies at the Moscow Institute of Finance; he holds a doctorate in Economic Science and is a professor.
Mr. Panskov is the Advisor to the General Director of the International Center for Financial and Economic Development and a member of the Board of Directors of the commercial bank Bankhaus Erbe. He is a professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Previously, he had been an Auditor of the Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation.
Mr. Panskov has been awarded the medals “Honour” and “Veteran of Labour”.

Yuri V. Poletaev

Mr. Poletaev graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance with a degree in Finance and Credit in 1965.

Mr. Eskindarov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance with a degree in Finance and Credit in 1976.
Mr. Eskindarov is the Head of the Moscow Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. He holds a PhD in Economic Science, is a professor and an honored figure of science in the Russian Federation.
At present, Mr. Eskindarov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at MInB OJSC, a member of the Board of Directors at SKB Bank OJSC, and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rosselkhozbank OJSC.
